crossed any threshold or reverted
from previous threshold violation
for a port represented by ifIndex.
It also provides the current real-
time value of SFP/XFP/SFP+ Rx
optical power.
ifIndex—The interface index.
ddmNotificationType—The trap type for monitored DDM parameters (clearViolation(1), highAlarm(2),
highWarning(3), lowWarning(4), lowAlarm(5).
ddmRxOpticalPower—The current Received Optical Power of the SFP/XFP in 10s of milli-Watts (mW).
